More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this latest image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling different sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
